3. Vendor / Seller Terms
For sellers using Toypedia:
Sellers are responsible for product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock accuracy.
Sellers must ensure products are legal and allowed under Bangladesh law.
Sellers must fulfill orders on time and maintain service quality.
Toypedia reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies or laws.
Commission, service fees, or subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Product Listings & Pricing
Product prices are set by sellers.
We try to ensure all product details are accurate, but errors may occur.
Toypedia reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and seller acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.
Payment must be completed using approved payment methods available on the platform.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on seller and location.
Sellers are responsible for proper packaging and shipment.
Toypdia is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
7. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund eligibility depends on the seller’s return policy.
Customers must request returns within the allowed return window.
Refunds (if approved) are processed through the original payment method.
Toypedia may assist in dispute resolution but may not be directly responsible for seller decisions.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Post false, misleading, or illegal content
Sell prohibited or illegal products
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
Abuse other users, sellers, or staff
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
9. Intellectual Property
All Toypedia logos, branding, website design, and platform content are our intellectual property.
Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Toypedia the right to display them for marketplace purposes.
10. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Toypedia available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Toypedia acts as a marketplace platform between buyers and sellers.
We are not liable for product quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of seller listings.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
